Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they ship. Delivery can take longer during holidays, peak sale periods or severe weather.

Multiple packages

Orders with more than one item may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show updates after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at thesmoothco.support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
