Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after your order ships.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. See our Track Your Order page for step-by-step help.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Orders with several cushions may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each one.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

My WarmSeat arrived damaged or isn't heating. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

About WarmSeat

Is a power bank included?
No. WarmSeat plugs into any USB or USB-C power bank. 10,000mAh or more is recommended.

How long does it stay warm?
About 8–12 hours on a 20,000mAh power bank, depending on the heat level.

How hot does it get?
Low is about 104°F, Medium about 122°F and High about 140°F.

Which size should I get?
Seat (18×18 in) fits tree-stand seats, stools, buckets and bleachers. Seat + Back (18×35 in) also warms your back.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Every payment goes through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.
