Track Your Order
We process every order within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
How to track your package
- Find the shipping confirmation email from WarmSeat (check your spam or promotions folder too).
- Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into 17TRACK, which follows packages across most carriers.
- You can also see your order's status anytime using the "View your order" link in your order confirmation email.
Delivery times
Shipping is free on every order. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after a label is created.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package seems lost, email us at thesmoothco.support@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number, and we'll sort it out.
